Vinyl Property Sale Sign on Fluted Board 406mm x 610mm

Thsigns are made with 4mm Fluted board with a size of 406 x 610mm (about 24 x 16 inches) with the sign on one side. If you require a double sided sign on a single board this can be supplied at an extra cost of £6.00. Or you may order two signs to make a double sided sign and I will supply them joined along the edges..

The Sign design and text can be adapted to suit your requirements and property description.

The information and contact method at the bottom of the sign "By appointment" and your phone number can be customised and changed to suit your requirements. The content and information on the sign will be customised to your requirements.

The sign is weather proof being made from vinyl lettering and a plastic board (the same as estate agent signs). You will need a piece of wood to use as a support to display the sign and this can be bought at DIY stores. If you require a space on the side for a post on double sided signs please provide the size

Remember: the best person to sell your house is you, you know the area and you know your house better than anyone else, so it makes sense to sell it and save on the estate agents fees

On any design you may choose to have either "Private Sale" or "For Sale" or "FOR SALE" or change SALE to LET as you prefer. The By Owner text is optional
